Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Majesco Solution Architect with strong expertise across Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Annuity / Health (L&AH) domains to drive end-to-end solution design and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Majesco implementations across Policy, Billing, and Claims
• Define end-to-end architecture including integrations, data flow, and system dependencies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
• Drive design reviews, governance, and best practices
• Support pre-sales, estimation, and solution proposals

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Majesco Platform (P&C and/or L&AH)
• Deep understanding of insurance domain processes
• Expertise in solution architecture, system design, and integrations
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience

• 10 15+ years overall
• 5+ years in Majesco architecture roles

2. Senior Majesco Configurator (Policy / Billing / Claims)

Role Summary

Looking for a hands-on Majesco Configurator with deep expertise in configuring Policy, Billing, or Claims modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Majesco modules based on business requirements
• Work closely with business and BA teams for requirement analysis
• Perform product configuration, rule setup, and workflow design
• Support testing, defect resolution, and production deployment
• Ensure adherence to configuration standards and best practices

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Majesco configuration (Policy/Billing/Claims)
• Good understanding of insurance lifecycle processes
• Experience in rating, underwriting rules, billing cycles, claims workflows
• Exposure to data migration and system testing
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues

Experience

• 6 10+ years overall
• 3 5+ years in Majesco configuration

3. Integration & API Lead (Majesco + Ecosystem)

Role Summary

We are hiring an Integration & API Lead to drive integration architecture and API strategy across Majesco and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions between Majesco and external platforms
• Define API architecture, standards, and governance
• Lead development of REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and middleware integrations
• Work with cross-functional teams for end-to-end integration delivery
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of integration solutions
• Manage API lifecycle and documentation

Required Skills

• Strong experience in API design and integration architecture
• Hands-on with REST/SOAP, Microservices, Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
• Experience integrating Majesco with third-party systems
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

Experience

• 8 12+ years overall
• 4 6+ years in integration/API roles
