Scrum Master

• The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader for cross-functional Agile teams supporting enterprise-scale delivery.
• This role will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support hybrid Agile governance, and coordinate closely with SAP functional, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure successful program execution in a hybrid Agile Waterfall environment.

Scrum Mastery And Agile Facilitation:

• Act as a servant leader for one (1) to two (2) cross-functional Agile teams including SAP functional, technical, and business members.
• Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and empirical delivery.

• Navigate and manage the balance between Agile team delivery and traditional PMO structures including stage gates, deliverables, and RAID logs.
• Support integration with waterfall-driven workstreams such as data migration, testing, and cutover.
• Ensure team alignment with program increments and release plans in accordance with hybrid and Agile governance models.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, System Integrator partners, and SAP consultants to maintain a clear, prioritized, and ready backlog.
• Facilitate story refinement and sizing sessions including user stories, technical tasks, and SAP-specific enhancements.
• Coordinate dependencies, blockers, and risks across SAP workstreams and legacy systems.

• Participate in scaled Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos when operating under SAFe or similar frameworks.
• Interface with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Solution Architects, and other Scrum Masters to synchronize cross-team deliveries.
• Contribute to Agile metrics and reporting dashboards including velocity, burndown, and team health metrics.

• Use Jira or similar tools to manage team backlogs, sprint progress, and reporting.
• Apply familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and its integration points with Agile planning.
• Coordinate with SAP functional leads including FI/CO, MM, PM, SD and technical leads including Basis, ABAP, and PI/PO.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile delivery environments.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or major ERP platforms such as SAP ECC, Oracle, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, as well as hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and traditional SAP project phases.
• Experience working within scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and working knowledge of tools such as Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
