This new leader also oversees design, architecture, and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring information systems meet user needs and align with the organization's overall information systems architecture.

The successful candidate brings deep knowledge of the Wealth business product lifecycle alongside strong skills in complex strategic decision-making, executive stakeholder management, and organizational change leadership. This includes navigating political dynamics across Sales, Marketing, Brokerage, Investment Management, Trading, Wealth Financial Planning, Tax and Real Estate, CRM, Client Services, and middle-office operations.

The role requires sound judgment on vendor relationships, team development, and technology trade-offs-decisions that carry significant organizational risk. Success depends on deep contextual expertise in wealth management (including wealth platforms, trust operations, regulatory compliance, and advisor workflows), paired with strong human skills: inspiring teams through transformation, building cross-functional trust, advising executive leadership on strategy, and balancing competing business priorities. These capabilities draw heavily on experiential judgment, emotional intelligence, and relationship capital.
  • 12+ years of experience in Financial Services technology, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a management capacity
  • 7 - 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management and Brokerage product roles, including leading business rollout of Wealth products to clients
  • 2 - 5+ years of product engineering and architecture experience
  • Experience with AI products within a Wealth or Asset Management business
  • Demonstrated expertise in trust operations, regulatory compliance, and advisor workflows within the wealth management domain
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional dynamics across Sales, Marketing, Brokerage, Investment Management, Trading, and related business units
