Work you'll do

As a Lead Integration Engineer II on the Engineering & Integration team, you will be responsible for...


  • Owning the Program Protection Plan (PPP) and all appendices (Anti-Tamper plan, TEMPEST concept plan, and related security-engineering products).

  • Serving as SME across the security subdomains - cross-domain solutions (CDS), anti-tamper (AT), COMSEC, and cyber - and integrate them into the engineering baseline.

  • Owning security requirements traceability across all security subdomains.

  • Leading the near-term Critical Program Information (CPI) assessment with Northrop Grumman

  • Supporting future in-air-vehicle CDS definition

  • Supporting the future cyber risk assessment (tabletop through red/blue-team on the National Cyber Range).

Our Engineering & Integration team helps organizations connect platforms, applications, and data to enable more efficient operations and scalable technology solutions. The team works across architecture, development, implementation, and support to deliver integration capabilities aligned to business and technical priorities. Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise integration solutions

  • 5+ years of demonstrated security-engineering product experience

  • Experience leading technical teams or workstreams through design, development, testing, and deployment

  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience developing, maintaining, and executing Program Protection Plans (PPPs) for U.S. Navy or Department of Defense acquisition programs.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting Critical Program Information (CPI) identification, assessment, and protection activities.

  • Experience developing PPP appendices and related security-engineering products, including Anti-Tamper, TEMPEST, COMSEC, cybersecurity, and cross-domain solution documentation.

  • Experience translating CPI protection needs into security requirements, contract language, system specifications, and engineering controls.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,300 to $240,500.
