Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide AI strategy, and work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI-driven applications that support business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of AI/ML models and solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
  • Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions in cloud or hybrid environments.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Ensure best practices in model governance, security, and responsible AI.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, solution design, and strategic planning.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning development.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering, model training, and model deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
  • Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI platforms.
  • Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, or AI agents.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
  • Experience in enterprise AI implementation and AI governance.

 

Experience:
10+ years of experience in software development, data science, or AI/ML, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or technical lead role.

 

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
