As a Diesel Apprentice, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring cleanliness and friendliness in all interactions. You will engage with customers and drivers from diverse backgrounds, enhancing their travel experiences. If you have a knack for mechanics but lack professional experience, don t worry we are here to teach you!

What You Will Learn in the Apprentice Program:
  • Electrical diagnostics and repairs
  • Air conditioning and heating diagnostics and repairs
  • Wheel end assembly diagnostics and repairs
  • Air system diagnostics and repairs
  • Air brakes diagnostics and repairs
  • Charging system diagnostics and repairs
  • Basic computer diagnostics and auxiliary component replacement
  • Parts lookup and acquisition
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with roadside services.
  • Learn and perform preventative maintenance services.
  • Ability to lift and move over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces.
  • Adapt to various temperature conditions while working.
  • Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
  • Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (cost covered by the organization).
