Job Title: Program / Project Manager (Senior) Healthcare | Insurance | FINANCIAL SYSTEMS & APPLICATIONS

Overview

Seeking a strong Senior Project Manager capable of operating at the program level to lead multiple initiatives across financial and operational platforms. The role will support projects involving financial systems such as SAP, treasury, accounts payable, and inventory. Responsibilities will also include overseeing modernization initiatives such as AI-enabled video surveillance in retail stores and migration of legal contracts into a new platform for compliance review. Many initiatives will involve AI-related capabilities and modernization efforts.

Employment Type

Contract role with potential to convert to full-time (FTE) in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large platform modernization and transformational initiatives.
• Oversee projects involving financial systems including SAP, treasury, accounts payable, and inventory.
• Manage modernization of store video surveillance systems leveraging AI.
• Coordinate migration of legal contracts into a new tool for compliance review.
• Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
• Provide regular project status updates, including risks and issues, to senior leadership.
• Manage project budgets including resource hours/costs, SOWs, infrastructure, and cloud expenses.
• Facilitate discussions between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage projects using Agile and Hybrid methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban.

Required Experience

• Experience managing large platform modernization or transformational projects or programs.
• Strong project and program management experience across enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage both technical and business discussions.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and presentations.

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare or insurance industry experience.
