Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong expertise in:
Plugins, workflows, custom actions
JavaScript, C#, .NET
CRM security model and role hierarchy
Integration experience using:
REST / SOAP APIs
Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus
Experience with solution management, ALM, and CI/CD
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing automation
Microsoft certifications:
Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
Power Platform Solution Architect
Experience working with large enterprise CRM implementations
Agile / Scrum methodology experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Design scalable solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service modules
Define CRM data model, security roles, business rules, and workflows
Architect integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using Azure & APIs
Oversee customization using plugins, Power Automate, Power Apps, JavaScript
Guide development teams and review code for best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
Drive solution governance, performance optimization, and CRM best practices
Support deployments, upgrades, and environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod)
