Position - Senior Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Manager
Location - Phoenix, Arizona, 3 Days onsite
Must have
-
8+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience, with at least 5+ years additionally managing projects, timelines, risks, and cross-functional/Leadership communication.

Proven Scrum Master experience running Agile ceremonies and removing impediments

Strong project management skills (risk tracking, logs, schedules, dependencies)
-
Excellent communication skills with leadership-level reporting

Ability to synthesize delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans

Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams

Familiarity with Azure DevOps.

Project Management or Agile related Certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP)

Experience in data, analytics, or AI/ML projects

Ability to support change management and stakeholder alignment
