Key Responsibilities
Prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Develop and document policies and procedures for accounting processes.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors for compliance and audit processes.
Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities to aid in financial planning.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
4 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Proficient in financial software with advanced spreadsheet skills.
Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.
