Role Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SD Professional with 15+ years of expertise in SAP Sales &

Distribution, specializing in Intercompany business processes and S/4HANA Auto Buy/Sell process

implementation. The candidate will lead solution design, implementation, user adoption, and optimization

initiatives for complex global supply chain and intercompany scenarios, experience in M&A scenario would be

plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations and transformation programs

• Design and implement Intercompany and Auto Buy/Sell processes in SAP S/4HANA

• Design and implement complex Techno functional solutions for customization

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scalable and efficient process solutions

• Conduct solution workshops and articulate business benefits to improve user adoption

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to Auto Buy/Sell processes

• Work closely with ABAP developers to guide technical design, enhancements, and integrations

• Coordinate with MM, FICO, logistics, and integration teams for end-to-end solution alignment

• Lead testing, training, cutover, and go-live support activities

• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user training materials

• Drive continuous improvement and SAP best practice adoption across business functions

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of strong SAP SD consulting experience

• Proven expertise in Intercompany and S/4HANA Auto Buy/Sell process implementation

• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, pricing, billing, delivery, and cross-company transaction, STO,

Cross-sales orders, credit memos, repair orders

• Hands-on exposure to ABAP with the ability to guide developers on technical solutions

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to explain complex solutions clearly to business and technical users

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for production support and issue investigation

• Experience in global rollout and enterprise transformation programs in M&A

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA certification preferred

• Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries is a must
