Responsibilities

• Perform software engineering functions including design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of software programs for enhancements and new systems.
• Apply appropriate principles, standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development life cycle.
• Conduct software requirements analysis and hardware compatibility assessments.
• Develop software products and tools used for design, development, and maintenance of infrastructure and platforms.
• Work independently to achieve daily objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
• Manage entire projects or processes within a technical area and coach lower-level technical staff.
• Collaborate with internal experts to develop technical solutions that require deep understanding and analysis of impact.
• Communicate effectively with internal and client project teams, influencing design and process approaches.

• Bachelor''s degree (BS) and 4-8 years of relevant experience or Master''s degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience
• Deep understanding of principles, theories, and concepts of the technical domain
• Ability to develop solutions to complex technical problems requiring collaboration and detailed analysis
• Experience with software lifecycle processes and development tools
