Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Business Process Analyst who can help the team review and understand how different business processes work within the organization. In this role, you will support the team in gathering information about current workflows, documenting processes, and identifying areas where improvements can be made. You will work with different departments to understand their daily operations and help suggest ways to make processes more efficient and organized. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing how things work and finding better ways to improve them.
Responsibilities
• Work with team members to understand existing business processes and workflows.
• Gather and organize information related to operational procedures.
• Assist in documenting business processes, workflows, and related reports.
• Help identify areas where processes can be improved or simplified.
• Support discussions with different teams to collect feedback and suggestions.
• Assist in implementing small process improvements when needed.
• Participate in meetings and keep track of process-related updates.
• Maintain and update documentation when process changes occur.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
• Basic understanding of business operations and process improvement.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to work with different teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
