Summary

Required Experience & Skills (Top Must-Haves)

AWS Connect experience (Note: You mentioned “Kinect”; assuming AWS Connect. If Kinect is correct, I can revise.)
Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock Agent Core.
General AWS engineering experience (Lambda, S3, IAM, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.).
CI/CD experience within AWS (Code Pipeline, Code Build, CloudFormation, CDK, etc.).

Nice-to-Have Skills

Prior experience developing AI applications (LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, tool integrations).
Familiarity with additional AWS AI/ML tools (SageMaker, Kendra, Lex, etc.).
Experience supporting emergency response or high-availability systems.
