Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, customize, and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Power BI, along with custom development and data integration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.

  • Design and configure Power Pages for internal and external websites.

  • Build automated workflows using Power Automate.

  • Customize and configure Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

  • Work with Dataverse for application development and data management.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Develop application prototypes and document technical designs.

  • Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.

  • Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

  • Implement DevOps processes and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform.

  • Perform data integration and migration using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse.

  • Prepare technical documentation and support platform governance.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience.

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.

  • 5+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

  • 5+ years of custom development experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript.

  • 2+ years of experience with Power Platform DevOps.

  • 3+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse for data integration and migration.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

  • Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.

  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

  • Experience with Power Platform Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.

  • Microsoft Power Apps or Power Platform certifications.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
