Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project planning skills, along with expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation through completion.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with technical and business stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking.

• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports to senior management.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely project delivery.

• Identify process improvements and ensure project quality standards.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery priorities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management.

• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
