Role: Senior Program Manager / Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite/local required)
Duration: 12 months+ contract
Focus Areas: Multi Brand (Dunkin' + Jimmy John's combo), Non Traditional formats (e.g., Walmart, HMSHost, Love's, WKRP), partner integrations, and owned/3P delivery orchestration.
Role Summary
We're seeking a seasoned, hands on Senior Program Manager to lead Inspire Brands' most complex digital/operations initiative to date. The role orchestrates cross functional delivery across MBDP (owned ordering platform), Vromo (driver/dispatch & 3PF tracking), Simphony POS upgrades, Auth0 (tenant/permissions), Partner Integration Platform, and Data/Reporting, with heavy stakeholder visibility and tight timelines. The PM must be Atlanta based, calm under pressure, an exceptional dot connector, and strong at driving cross functional alignment and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Delivery
- Drive design build testing for multi brand combo stores (Dunkin' + Jimmy John's) with 1P (owned) and 3P (3rd Party) delivery orchestration.
- Coordinate Simphony POS current future state, above store systems, store operations readiness, training, and rollout sequencing.
- Align and integrate the digital platform with third parties: (Vromo, Auth0 (tenant/permissions), Partner Integration Platform, and POS Adapters) for multi menu/multi POS environments.
- Cross Functional Coordination
- Run a tight governance cadence across Product, Engineering, Store Ops, Data/Analytics, Security/Identity, and Partner teams.
- Clarify and converge requirements and design (noting some front end experiences may stagger per plan) and maintain a clear decision calendar.
- Partner & Channel Integrations
- Coordinate with marketplaces/3PF, Walmart Non Trad, and other Non Trad partnerships (HMSHost, Love's, WKRP, etc.); manage dependencies, SLAs, and testing.
- Governance, Finance & Tooling
- Ensure alignment with business cases, cost centers, ServiceNow project setup, and VNDLY contractor gating; support MC Tech/CapComm cycles.
- Maintain a single source of truth in Confluence/Jira; manage RAID, dependencies, and status communications tailored for executive audiences.
Must Have Experience & Traits
- 10 15+ years program/project leadership in QSR or large retail across digital ordering, delivery, and store systems.
- Proven execution in multi brand or multi POS environments; strong Simphony POS background preferred (Brink/Toast helpful).
- Hands on with 1P/3P delivery orchestration, marketplace integrations, and driver/dispatch platforms (Vromo a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to bridge platform, product, and store operations-from business outcomes to technical epics and operational playbooks.
- Drives and persists, connects dots quickly, excels at cross functional alignment & communication, and remains calm under pressure (explicit client needs).
- Governance and financial fluency: business case mechanics, capitalization rules, cost center alignment, ServiceNow, VNDLY.
- Tools: Jira/Confluence (Atlassian), ServiceNow, strong PowerPoint/Excel storytelling; executive ready written and verbal comms.
Nice to Have
- Auth0 tenant/permission modeling across multiple brands.
- Middleware/API/eventing experience with a Partner Integration Platform.
- Data/Reporting workflows for delivery operations and executive dashboards.
- Exposure to Non Traditional retail footprints (airports, travel centers, big box).
Engagement Notes
- Onsite/local to Atlanta is required.
- High visibility, fast pace, and immediate start; close coordination with Product, Engineering, Store Ops, Finance, and external partners.
