Role Summary
This position is a regional leadership role focused on driving sales and assets under management (AUM) growth within specified markets. The successful candidate will oversee local Client Advisors and Trust Officers, ensuring strategic execution and team performance. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with on-site presence as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales initiatives to meet or exceed growth targets.
  • Manage and support a team of Client Advisors and Trust Officers in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to promote AUM growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
  • Conduct regional travel to client meetings and team sites.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze regional market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Partner with senior management to develop regional plans and initiatives.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in wealth management, bank, RIA, or broker-dealer environment.
  • Ability to influence peers and clients without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of regional markets and client base.
  • Series 24 certification preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working in a bank-owned RIA structure with limited centralized tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to or reside in key markets such as Oklahoma City, Tulsa, NWA, Little Rock, or Kansas City.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage teams effectively.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Publishing Pay Range: $107,000.00 - $161,000.00 Annually

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
