Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Product Manager III to join their team in Mountain View, CA.
Summary:
Come join the client's Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) Technology Team as an IT Product Manager III. This role is integral to collaborating with our internal and external customers to identify needs, research industry solutions, and establish the vision and strategy to create an integrated and delightful customer experience. The Sales & Growth product management team owns and manages the sales platforms and capabilities that enable the E2E sales cycle for our direct and partner sales teams. Our team is responsible for all aspects of the Sales and Partners experience, and partners closely with other technology teams that develop the clients shared capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* As a Product Manager, you will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, research industry solutions, and leverage data to gain deeper insights to enable you to create a vision and strategy for developing technology solutions
* Responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core Salesforce instance, ensuring it's a highly effective and optimized platform for our sales teams; This includes deep integration with third-party tools to create a seamless and automated sales technology ecosystem
* Responsible for optimizing the entire lead-to-cash process within Salesforce, from lead capture and nurturing to quoting, contracting, and revenue recognition

* A proven track record of delivering new technology and experiences at scale in a platform and services ecosystem that enable sales experts to achieve success

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
