Job Summary
Seeking a senior-level Business Transformation / IT Project Manager to lead the Omni Channel Sales (OTC) workstream within an SAP S/4 Fashion transformation program. The role owns integrated workstream planning, execution, dependencies, resources, risks, and coordination across business, technology teams, and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of the Omni Channel Sales (OTC) workstream.
- Develop and maintain an integrated workstream plan aligned with program milestones, dependencies, and delivery objectives.
- Partner with System Integrators, business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive execution.
- Manage planning and delivery using Jira and Smartsheet.
- Coordinate work packages covering:
- Business process design
- SAP configuration and RICEF development
- Non-SAP system integrations
- Data migration
- Security role design/build
- System Unit Testing (SUT)
- Integration testing and defect prioritization
- Cutover planning
- RAID management
- Manage Omni Channel Sales team resource capacity against approved scope and timelines.
- Maintain clear communication, documentation, and escalation across delivery partners.
- Align execution with the prime SI's delivery methodology and program governance.
Must-Have Requirements
- 10+ years of senior-level business transformation / IT project management experience.
- Large-scale, multi-year ERP/SAP transformation experience.
- Strong experience managing integrated project plans across functional and technical domains.
- Experience with Omni Channel Sales / OTC processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4 transformation programs.
- Strong Jira and Smartsheet experience.
- Experience managing cross-team dependencies, resource capacity, risks, issues, and delivery constraints.
- Experience coordinating data migration, integrations, testing, defects, security, and cutover activities.
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements
- SAP S/4 Fashion experience.
- Experience facilitating delivery across Europe and Asia/India.
- Experience working with major System Integrators (SIs) and their governance methodologies.
- Experience with SAP RICEF development/configuration workstreams.
- Strong experience in complex, fast-paced ERP transformation environments.
