Job Description: Senior SAP System Administrator with deep SAP HANA expertise to manage enterprise-scale SAP landscapes. Responsible for administering 100+ SAP HANA databases, providing Basis support across ABAP/Java stacks, coordinating upgrades and patches, and ensuring high availability in a large, regulated environment. This role includes on-call duty, daily health checks, and supporting migration efforts to SAP NS2 and S/4HANA Cloud/Private Edition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as HANA SME across 100+ databases; perform replication, backups, and performance optimization
- Provide SAP NetWeaver Basis administration for ABAP and Java stacks (transports, kernel/SPS updates, system copies)
- Manage 24x7 on-call duty, daily system checks, and incident/problem management via Solution Manager
- Execute HANA system replication, refreshes, system copies, and support NS2 migrations
- Apply HANA revisions, SAP kernel updates, and support stacks; monitor capacity and resolve issues proactively
