**Qualifications:**
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting, account management, installation, and configuration of telecom client equipment and circuit connectivity.
- Hands-on experience in technology upgrades, including planning, testing, and implementation of projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal technology teams and external vendors for optimizing voice services.
- Minimum of 3 years in a telecom support or similar capacity.
- Proficiency with VoIP, Unified Communications, SIP, and hardware like Cisco, Arista switches.
- Knowledge of Windows 11/Server 2016, and experience with system hardware and file systems.
- Competency in supporting telecommunications platforms, especially IPC Turrets, NICE Voice Recording, and Cisco UCS.
- Vendor troubleshooting experience with companies such as Verizon, AT&T, Lumen, and others.
- Scripting skills with Python or PowerShell are advantageous.
- Familiarity with financial markets and trading products is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Competent and ethical use of AI tools in daily operations.
