Job Description

We are seeking an experienced .NET Tech Lead with 14+ years of hands-on development and leadership experience to lead application design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. The candidate will provide technical direction, mentor teams, and work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to the team
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions
Hands-on development with C#, Web API, MVC, REST services
Work with microservices architecture and cloud-based deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions
Ensure coding standards, best practices, and SDLC compliance
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical planning

Required Skills

14+ years of experience in .NET technologies
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API
Experience with Microservices architecture
Strong experience with SQL Server and database design
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs
Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS preferred)
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and build pipelines
Experience leading teams and mentoring developers
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
