Summary

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support our After-Sales Service Transformation initiative. This role will primarily focus on Service Cloud with some exposure to Sales Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console)
Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations
Support after-sales service processes and customer experience improvements
Work on Sales Cloud modules (Leads, Opportunities) as needed
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and ensure data consistency

Requirements

5 8 years of Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Service Cloud (mandatory)
Working knowledge of Sales Cloud
Hands-on with Apex, LWC, APIs, and Flows
Experience in service transformation or support environments preferred

Preferred

Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2, Service Cloud)
Experience in automotive or after-sales service domain
