Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Professional, Project Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading complex projects and programs, PMO practices, budgeting, and SDLC and a proven ability to deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within scope while guiding teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead one or more medium-sized project teams within larger programs.
- Direct day-to-day project work, set priorities and deadlines, and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
- Interface with clients, internal leadership, and project teams to report metrics and recommend program adjustments.
- Define objectives, schedules, scope, and budgets across project phases to drive deliverable quality.
- Identify and mitigate risks through status reporting and project updates.
- Prepare detailed Statements of Work and secure stakeholder agreement and approvals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years managing complex projects or programs through the full lifecycle; Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred (3+ years).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; PMP or equivalent knowledge.
- Proficiency with budget development, control, and project management software.
- Ability to translate program objectives into clear, achievable project milestones.
- Leadership experience mentoring junior colleagues and guiding teams.
- Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in SDLC.
Preferred Skills:
- Healthcare domain delivery within Medicaid or Medicare programs.
- Experience in PMO environments and Agile or hybrid delivery models.
