Summary

We are looking for Drug Manufacturing Technician for our client in Santa Rosa, CA

Job Title: Drug Manufacturing Technician

Job Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $16.09hr - $21.09hr

Requirement/Must Have:

Entry level HSD or GED equivalent required.
The ability to work safely with biological specimens.

Responsibilities:

Accurately weigh raw materials and active ingredients and combine them into a blend.
Keeps the equipment and facility clean and in a state of good repair.
Participates in the completion of work orders, including batch record documentation per cGMP (current good manufacturing process).
Accurately follows and completes documentation with minimal errors or corrections.
Completes training, including cGMP and safety training in a timely manner.
Must be able to work alone or in a team and can follow procedures exactly.
Assist licensed testing personnel in the performance of screening tests in accordance with laboratory policies and procedures.
Scanning bottles and checking data previously entered into the database from requisition forms.
Preparing aliquots of urine specimens for testing in a production laboratory.
Confirm labeling to determine further testing/storage.
Receiving and sorting specimens.
Read, understand, and follow written Standard Operating Procedures.

Nice to Have:

Experience using a computer and bar code scanner.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
Aliquoting experience.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent.
