Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is looking for a Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer. This is a W2 hourly contract opportunity and can be worked remotely within the US..

Duties:
* Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) connecting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion Financials, and SaaS applications
* Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including orchestrations, REST/SOAP integrations, file-based integrations, and process automations
* Architect end-to-end integration solutions leveraging OCI services such as Object Storage, Queue, Streaming, Vault, API Gateway, OCI Functions, Event Service Rules, and ATP
* Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth, API security policies, and secret management via OCI Vault
* Build event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns using OCI Queue, Streaming, and Event Rules under Observability & Management
* Develop and maintain VBCS applications for UI extensions
* Configure and manage SFTP servers for file-based integrations and secure data exchange
* Work with Object Storage for file ingestion, archival, and integration triggers
* Implement logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting using OCI Event Logs and OIC monitoring tools
* Integrate with Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) for data persistence, transformations, and transactional workflows
* Manage user provisioning, including Okta group assignments, role mapping, and access governance for integration components
* Develop and deploy OCI Functions for serverless compute use cases and custom logic extensions
* Configure and manage API Gateway for routing, throttling, authentication, and exposure of integration services

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financials R12.2, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripting, Python, XML, XSLT, CSS, JavaScript, and BIP
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with OIC integration development with Fusion and SaaS applications including Coupa, Concur, Engie
* Must have experience using VBCS, BIP
* Hands-on experience in syncing fusion data to ATP using BICC or RODS
* Proven experience with Queue, Streaming, Vault, API Gateway, OCI Functions, Event Service Rules, PGP encryption and ATP
* Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL development
* Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and file-based integration methods
* Experience participating in and leading OnPrem to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with moderate to low supervision
* Experience utilizing Fusion integration with Banking institutions like JPM is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
