Job Title: Project Manager
Location: West Sacramento, CA (3 days Onsite and 2 days remote)
Duration: 12+ month Contract
Note – Candidate must be located in California. Candidate must have 5 years of experience with State or Government client.
Job Summary:
Agreeya is a System integrator and seeking a Project Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
1. At least ten (10) years of Project Management experience, including but not limited to initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and/or closing processes on projects, with at least seven (7) years of that experience as the Sole Project Manager or Lead Project Manager.
2. At least five (5) years of experience working on technology software/application projects that followed a formal system development life cycle.
3. At least five (5) years of experience as a Sole Project Manager for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), modified off-the-shelf (MOTS), or anything as a service (XaaS) products.
4. At least five (5) years of experience as a Sole Project Manager for network infrastructure (cabling, peripherals, audio/visual equipment) or operational/client infrastructure (OS version upgrades, hardware/software deployments, device refreshes, etc.) projects.
5. At least five (5) years of experience as a Sole or Lead Project Manager working within state and local government.
6. At least five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Project to create and manage detailed project schedules.
7. At least five (5) years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Visio and other analytical tools.
8. At least five (5) years of experience facilitating a formal issue and risk management process.
9. At least five (5) years of experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and business units.
Desirable Technical Qualifications
1. At least five (5) years of experience in the creation of communication and Organizational Change Management plans and the development and delivery of communication messages to varied stakeholder
groups.
2. At least five (5) years of experience with Agile delivery in enterprise-wide initiatives.
3. At least five (5) years of experience with proprietary methodologies in enterprise-wide initiatives.
4. At least five (5) years of experience utilizing Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Project Management related tools (e.g., Clarity, Jama, Microfocus ALM) and techniques to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets customer needs.
