Program Manager - Integration
Role Overview
The organization is anticipating the need for a Program Manager to support a large scale enterprise integration initiative following a corporate acquisition. This role will serve as a critical delivery leader, responsible for defining and executing the process and system changes required to align operations with new enterprise policies, standards, and operational expectations.
This is a long term program expected to run 18-24 months, with the potential for the role to convert to a full time position depending on program needs and outcomes.
Location
Preference for candidates located near Madison, Milwaukee, or Chicago. Open to candidates willing to travel short term and potentially relocate long term if converted to full time.
Engagement Type
Contract with potential contract to hire or direct hire conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end to end program delivery for a multi year enterprise integration initiative.
Partner closely with executive leadership, functional business leaders, and IT delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Define and drive process and system changes required to align operations with enterprise policies and operating models.
Coordinate and lead multiple, interdependent project workstreams within the broader integration program.
Establish and maintain program governance, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
Support decision making by surfacing risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Help shape and execute the long term integration roadmap and sequencing of initiatives.
Potentially oversee internal team members and contingent resources contributing to the program.
Preferred Experience
Strong program management or large scale project delivery experience in complex enterprise environments.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence across executive, functional, and technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting procurement or operational process transformation strongly preferred.
Exposure to procurement or sourcing platforms such as Coupa or SAP Ariba.
Experience with reporting or analytics tools is a plus.
Success Profile

Highly organized with strong ownership of delivery, dependencies, and outcomes.
Execution focused with the ability to balance strategy and hands on leadership.
Collaborative, pragmatic, and trusted by senior stakeholders.
