We are seeking an experienced Lead Power BI Developer to direct a team of developers in modernizing legacy reporting solutions and integrating Google Cloud Platform BigQuery data into an enterprise SQL data warehouse.

Position Overview

As the technical lead, you will mentor a developer team, establish reporting standards, and collaborate with data engineers to build accessible, enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards sourcing from BigQuery data marts.

Key Skills & Requirements (5+ Years Required)

Power BI & Dashboards: Hands-on enterprise-level Power BI development and data visualization.
Technical Leadership: Proven track record leading and mentoring teams of 4+ developers.
ETL & Data Warehousing: Expertise in modern ETL workflows, SQL data warehouses, and BigQuery data marts.
Data Modeling: Strong understanding of data models, governance, and security standards.
Communication: Excellent ability to align technical solutions with non-technical stakeholders.
