Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications and APIs using .NET, C#, Angular, and related technologies.
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions that automate business processes and support multi-step workflows.
- Develop scalable and efficient applications using asynchronous programming, APIs, internal data sources, and modern development practices.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to prototype solutions, troubleshoot applications, and improve development processes using AI-assisted tools.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–9+ years of experience in full-stack software development with strong .NET and Python experience and exposure to AI-enabled application development.

Technical Skills
|
.NET/C#, Angular, Python, REST APIs, Generative AI, Asynchronous Programming, Web Application Development, AI Development Tools

Business / Domain Skills
|
Application Development, Workflow Automation, AI Solution Development, Software Engineering, Process Improvement, Agile Delivery

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
