We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager with Clinical Science Experience to join our Software Development team to support our client projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing software development of high-quality, scalable applications leveraging latest technologies.
Responsibilities:
Ability to understand the client requirements and provide alternate solutions.
Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, handling planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across all phases.
Demonstrate expertise in core project management activities: creating project plans and charters, facilitating meetings, and managing stakeholder communications.
Oversee project finances, including budgeting, expenditure tracking, and alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate project meetings with the ability to provide high-level technical clarification, reducing dependency on technical resources.
(Preferred, not mandatory) Possess basic familiarity with clinical or statistical domains to better support project context and informed decision-making.
Additionally, the Project Manager should prepare and manage the following key project documentation:
o Project Charter
o Detailed Project Plans (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project)
o Issue and Risk Logs
o Action and Decision Logs
o Budget Tracking Sheets (Excel or similar tools)
o Status Reports/Dashboards
o JIRA boards/tickets and Confluence pages
o Stakeholder Communication Plans, Meeting Minutes/Agendas, and Lessons
o Learned documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in full-stack or software development
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with relevant experience.
Strong expertise in Clinical Science and Software Development
