Job Title: ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant to lead the implementation and governance of AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI governance, lifecycle management, risk and compliance, and ServiceNow workflow development. This role will be responsible for establishing enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and integrating AI assets across the organization''s technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI governance capabilities using ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
  • Establish and manage AI lifecycle governance, including model onboarding, monitoring, and retirement.
  • Develop governance frameworks, policies, compliance playbooks, and operational standards for enterprise AI.
  • Configure and manage AI risk, security, compliance, and regulatory controls.
  • Implement AI discovery, observability, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.
  • Build and customize ServiceNow workflows to automate AI governance processes.
  • Develop executive dashboards and reporting for AI governance metrics and compliance.
  • Integrate ServiceNow AI Control Tower with enterprise AI platforms, applications, and data sources.
  • Collaborate with AI, Security, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to support responsible AI adoption and governance.
  • Provide recommendations on AI governance best practices and support continuous platform enhancements.

  • 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, AI lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience with risk management, security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow workflow design, automation, integrations, and dashboard development.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and AI ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
