We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a full-cycle implementation of Lectra PLM for a fast-growing, vertically integrated apparel and retail organization. This individual will be responsible for driving program governance, leading cross-functional execution, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of a modern PLM platform.
About the Team / Project:
The PM will partner closely with Architecture, Product Development, Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and IT. Program sponsors include senior leadership across Product and Technology. Primary tools and systems include Lectra, AWS, ERP solutions, and integrations into merchandising and sourcing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of PLM, ensuring all project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with the system integrator and internal teams to align project goals and execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules using Smartsheet.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to drive engagement and alignment across departments.
- Identify and proactively address risks, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Oversee Testing activities to validate system functionality and performance.
- Partner with Change Management teams from the business to promote adoption and minimize disruption.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to executive leadership.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing PLM implementation projects.
- Strong background in business analysis, with the ability to gather and interpret requirements.
- Proven track record of replacing legacy systems, such as the Andromeda PLM system
- Excellent risk management skills, with the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues.
- Outstanding organizational and communication abilities, with a focus on stakeholder collaboration.
- Self-motivated leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet.
- Familiarity with phased rollout strategies and change management processes.

- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.

- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
