Mandatory Qualifications
  1. Level II- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a DevOps Engineer
  2. More than two (2) years of experience in the Salesforce Platform.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
  2. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
  3. Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
  4. Two (2) years of experience with CI/CD Platforms: Salesforce CLI, DevOps Center, Copado, or equivalent deployment automation tools.
  5. Two (2) years of experience with Event-Driven Architecture: Platform Events, Change Data Capture, REST and SOAP services.
  6. Two (2) years of experience with OmniStudio Suite: OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataMappers (formerly DataRaptors), Integration Procedures.
  7. Two (2) years of experience with Development Environments: Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA, or similar modern IDEs.
  8. Two (2) years of experience with Version Control: Git (branching, merging, pull requests, conflict resolution).
  9. Two (2) years of experience with Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other iterative development frameworks.
  10. Two (2) years of experience with Release Planning: Sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives.
