Pay Range: $18- $20/hour . Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques for hardware, software, and applications.
- Provide first-level support to end users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Assist with system configurations, installations, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Document and escalate issues as needed to senior support teams.
- Stay engaged with ongoing training and development opportunities.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; IVR-Avaya
- High Volume Calling experience is needed.
- (2-weeks Onsite training in Atlanta GA at Client location)
