Job#: 3023061 Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Support Technician to join our onsite team in Frankfort, KY. This role focuses primarily on imaging Windows 11 computers, with opportunities to assist in additional technical areas depending on skillset. This is a perpetual contract position backfilling an existing role, and we aim to begin interviews within the next one to two weeks.
Key Responsibilities- Perform imaging and deployment of Windows 11 computers
- Provide light break/fix support for hardware and software issues
- Assist with basic PowerShell scripting (experience is a plus)
- Collaborate with a 7-person technical team to support daily operational needs
- Contribute to other team functions where applicable skills align
Qualifications- General computer skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Experience with Windows 11 imaging processes
- Basic troubleshooting and break/fix capabilities
- PowerShell scripting experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment- Location: Onsite in Frankfort, KY
- Schedule: 8-hour workday; start time between 7-8 AM, end time between 4-5 PM
- Team Size: 7 team members
- Contract Type: Perpetual contract
- Interview Process: Three-person panel via Microsoft Teams
