JOB DESCRIPTION:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field is required.
  • 3+ years relevant analytical chemistry or laboratory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in following SOPs and methods for analytical techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, HPLC-MS (LC-MS), ICP-MS, IC, GC-MS, UV, and Karl Fischer is highly desired.
  • Ability to work with interdisciplinary project teams, understand project requirements, and follow project timelines.
  • Knowledge of analytical test methods used in the testing of oligonucleotide API or related pharmaceutical molecules is highly desired.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute laboratory-scale experiments using analytical techniques, including: HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS (HPLC-MS), ICP-MS, IC, GC-MS, UV, and Karl Fischer.
  • Perform analytical testing in compliance with ICH guidelines, cGMP standards, and internal SOPs.
  • Support API testing and pharmaceutical analysis using current best practices.
  • Accurately document experimental data in laboratory notebooks and technical reports.
  • Prepare and present data summaries and findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain analytical laboratory equipment, including preventive maintenance.
