Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Senior iOS Developer to join a Fortune 100 client in Bentonville, Arkansas. This opportunity involves developing, enhancing, and supporting a large-scale, consumer-facing iOS application.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software development experience, strong hands-on expertise in Swift and Objective-C, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality iOS applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build new features, optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and support mobile application releases.
This position requires direct employment through Randstad Digital's W2 payroll. Visa sponsorship and corp-to-corp (C2C) arrangements are not available.

responsibilities:
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
- Participate in peer code reviews, technical discussions, and application architecture decisions.
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-performance mobile application features.
- Troubleshoot production issues, application crashes, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks.
- Utilize Xcode, Instruments, debugging tools, and crash reporting solutions to improve application reliability.
- Support continuous integration, automated builds, and mobile application releases.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
- Apply mobile design patterns, data structures, and algorithms to develop maintainable, efficient code.
qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on native iOS application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Swift and Objective-C.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and releasing production-level iOS applications.
- Proficiency with Apple iOS SDKs, Xcode, and Git/GitHub.
- Experience with iOS architecture, MVC, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, including crash analysis and memory leak detection using Instruments.
- Experience with Xcode command-line build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests for iOS applications, including Objective-C code.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience optimizing mobile applications for performance, memory usage, and reliability.
- At least one published iOS application on the Apple App Store is required.
- Experience developing large-scale, consumer-facing or e-commerce mobile applications is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Must be able to work in Bentonville, Arkansas, in accordance with the client's onsite requirements.
