JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a **Senior AI Agent Developer** with strong experience in conversational AI, Google Cloud Platform, multi-cloud integration, CI/CD, and automated testing.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade virtual agents and intelligent workflow automation in a SAFe Agile environment.

### RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, train, and test conversational flows, intents, route groups, and LLM-powered tools using **GECX / Dialogflow CX on Google Cloud Platform**.
• Develop **REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices** using .NET, Python, or Node.js.
• Integrate AI agents with **ServiceNow and Azure** systems.
• Build and enhance **CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps**.
• Develop automated test suites for unit logic, webhook APIs, conversational flows, regression testing, and end-to-end journeys.
• Write and optimize complex **SQL queries** for analytics, reporting, and backend operations.
• Participate in **SAFe Agile ceremonies**, including PI Planning, sprint execution, backlog refinement, and dependency management.

### REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong experience with **GECX / Dialogflow CX on Google Cloud Platform**.
• Experience with state handlers, route groups, webhook fulfillment, condition rules, and generative agent capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with **.NET/C#, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript**.
• Experience with **NUnit/xUnit, PyTest, Jest, Postman/Newman** or similar testing frameworks.
• Strong experience with **Azure DevOps CI/CD**, YAML pipelines, release gates, automated testing, linting, and artifact management.
• Experience integrating **Azure and ServiceNow**, including ServiceNow APIs and Azure services.
• Advanced **SQL** skills.
• Experience working in a **SAFe Agile enterprise environment**.
• Strong knowledge of **Git-based workflows** and modern IDEs such as VS Code or Antigravity.
• Experience designing fault-tolerant AI agent architectures, context management, prompt engineering, intent classification, and human escalation workflows.
• Knowledge of **OAuth2, API Keys, RBAC, and secrets management** across Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and ServiceNow.

### PREFERRED SKILLS

• CCAI architectures and telephony/voice gateway integrations.
• SRE principles, observability, telemetry, and AIOps event correlation.
• Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions.
