Brunswick's Navico Group is seeking a Web Content Specialist to support content operations across approximately 18 brand websites. This contract role focuses on CMS execution, content accuracy, SEO hygiene, and quality assurance while supporting an ongoing enterprise platform migration. This is a technical, non-creative position ideal for someone with strong CMS proficiency, solid QA fundamentals, curiosity about performance insights, and interest in improving workflows using AI and emerging tools. Training will be provided by the Web Team Lead. Key responsibilities include publishing and maintaining website content in an enterprise CMS, building landing and product pages, performing structured QA, applying basic SEO and accessibility standards, supporting CMS migration efforts, and documenting processes. The role operates in a hybrid environment and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams under established SLAs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in web content operations, CMS administration, or digital production. Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms (AEM, Optimizely, Sitecore, etc.). Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting minor front-end issues. Understanding of on-page SEO, metadata standards, and accessibility requirements. Experience performing structured QA across devices and browsers. Active use of AI tools in a professional context. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working without step-by-step guidance. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with AEM (Cloud Service) or Optimizely Content Cloud. Experience with site migrations, redirects, and regression testing workflows. Familiarity with DAM systems and image optimization workflows. Basic knowledge of GA4, Search Console, or similar analytics tools. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Industry background in marine, outdoor recreation, consumer electronics, or manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
