Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team in Minneapolis, MN. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who can design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across the full stack — from backend microservices to modern front-end interfaces — while leveraging cloud-native practices on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot
Build and consume RESTful APIs to support front-end and third-party integrations
Develop responsive, dynamic user interfaces using React
Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure
Work with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
Solid experience designing and building RESTful APIs
Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Experience with a CMS platform (AEM preferred; other enterprise CMS products considered)
Strong understanding of microservices architecture
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools
Prior experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
AEM certification or equivalent CMS platform experience
