Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Campaign Capabilities Lead to scale Adobe-on-Adobe solutions and operational workflows across the organization. This role acts as the bridge between practitioners, platforms, and delivery teams driving adoption, enabling pilots, and operationalizing campaign and marketing capabilities at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Practitioner Requirements
Translate business and practitioner needs into clear, actionable platform and capability requirements.
Contribute to Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and capability architecture documentation.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure solutions align with real-world workflows.
Support Pilots & Capability Rollouts
Collaborate with Adoption & Enablement teams on pilot design, readiness, and execution.
Define workflow requirements and surface mapping for POCs and pilot programs.
Document workflow templates, standards, and best practices with handoff to Governance and Run-the-Business (RTB) teams.
Enable Teams Through Documentation & Guidance
Develop workflow playbooks, role-based guidance, and navigation patterns to support Adobe-on-Adobe adoption.
Translate complex workflows into clear, consumable training materials.
Support onboarding with practical, use-case-driven documentation.
Drive Operational Scale & Efficiency
Partner on capability intake, prioritization, and rollout across Adobe Workfront, Workfront Planning, GenStudio, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Standardize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Contribute to AI-ready workflows supporting automation and intelligent decisioning.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing Operations, Technology, or related field.
5 7 years of experience in marketing operations, platform operations, or product management.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, Workfront Planning, GenStudio, Jira, Airtable, or similar platforms.
Strong requirements-gathering and workflow design skills.
Experience supporting pilots, POCs, and phased rollouts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
