Key Responsibilities

Implementation Leadership

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruitment.
Ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Strategic Advisory

Provide consulting on HR transformation, operating models, and adoption of Oracle HCM best practices.
Recommend innovative solutions to optimize HR processes and systems.

Configuration & Development

Configure and manage Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Workforce Development (Performance, Goals, Benefits) and Global HR.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations.

Stakeholder Management

Engage with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
Build strong client relationships and manage cross-functional teams.

Business Development

Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, RFP responses, and proposal creation.
Contribute to practice growth and capability building.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, labor laws, and security standards.
Maintain governance frameworks for HCM implementations.

Team Leadership

Mentor junior consultants and lead project teams.
Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM (Fusion)
Strong hands-on experience in Core HR and Recruitment Cloud
Techno-functional expertise with understanding of integrations and reporting
Experience in end-to-end implementation projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
