Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. Works with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution. Identifies and documents high-level requirements, maps future state of the solution, and ensures the system/solution meets business and user requirements. Responsibilities: Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution. Identify and understand the end user's need. Facilitate the business process redesign and documentation as needed.
Must haves:
7+ years of IT Infrastructure hands on, in person experience supporting Windows PCs, Windows Server OS, HP and Zebra printers, and basic networking.
Azure & Intune experience
Windows PC & Windows Server support
Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, NAC)
HP/Zebra manufacturing printer support
Manufacturing plant IT support experience
Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Microsoft Teams support
ITSM (IT Service Management) experience
MOC (Management of Change) experience
Experience managing IT dashboards and ticket queues
Site vulnerability management experience
FDA and GMP regulated environment experience
Business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering experience
Education:
HS Diploma
