IT Onsite Support, Florham park, NJ
Location : Florham park, NJ, 07932
Project Duration : 9+ months of contract (Contact to Hire)
Pay range : $40-$42 an hour on W2

Job Description::
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users via in-person, phone, and remote assistance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and other systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and antivirus management.
- Monitor and resolve help desk tickets and document solutions in the ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops and laptops.
- Set up and deploy computers and mobile devices according to organizational standards.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Collaborate with network and system administrators for escalated issues or larger projects.
- Asset Management and imaging
- Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes for employees.
