Job Summary 
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in process redesign, business process re-engineering, and intelligent automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming business processes, creating automation-ready documentation, building quantified business cases, and collaborating with executive stakeholders and automation delivery teams. 
Mandatory Skills

10+ years of Business Analysis, Process Re-engineering, or Operations Consulting experience.

5+ years supporting RPA/Intelligent Automation initiatives.

Hands-on experience creating Process Definition Documents (PDDs).

Expertise in BPMN process mapping (As-Is & To-Be).

Strong experience with:

Benefits Realization Planning
```

Proven experience redesigning business processes with measurable business outcomes.

Experience building and presenting quantified business cases to Finance and executive leadership.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Telecom Infrastructure, Tower, REIT, Real Estate, Lease Administration, or Field Operations domain experience.

Knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.

Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.

Experience using Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or Task Mining tools.
