Job Overview:



  • The Full Stack Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for designing, developing, and supporting business process solutions that automate, digitize, and modernize end-to-end workflows within Client's operational environment.

  • In this role, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle, working towards the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support of modern applications.

  • The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about building high-quality software solutions that drive operational efficiency and business transformation.

  • You will work closely with a team of highly skilled engineers, business analysts, architects, and SMEs to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer and operational experiences across Client's Business Performance Measurement organization.

  • Building cloud-native applications to replace legacy platforms and technologies.

  • Modernizing workflow capabilities through next-generation solutions.

  • Enhancing and optimizing operational processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and reliability.

  • Delivering innovative solutions that simplify complex business processes.



Responsibilities:



  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain applications that support critical business processes and operational workflows.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards and best practices.

  • Develop and support RESTful APIs, backend services, and system integrations that enable automation solutions.

  • Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, architects, SMEs and user experience teams to deliver scalable and reliable applications.

  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions.

  • Work towards application modernization initiatives and the migration of legacy processes to modern platforms.

  • Participate in code reviews, team ceremonies, and continuous improvement activities.

  • Learn and apply emerging technologies, tools, and engineering practices to improve solution delivery.



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.



Required Skills:



  • 3-5 years of full stack software engineering experience.

  • Building web applications end-to-end.

  • Developing scalable APIs and microservices.

  • Working in Agile teams.

  • Integrating AI-powered solutions into products.

  • Strong system design, testing, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Python, Java.

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services

  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL fundamentals

  • Familiarity with Git-based source control and development practices

  • Excellent communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

  • Exposure to financial services, operations, or enterprise-scale applications

  • Experience in GenAI / CoPilot or any similar tool for analysis, design and code development

  • Python, Java, TypeScript, React, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs,

  • AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, SQL,

  • GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Splunk,

  • Datadog, Agile Development.
