Urgent openings for Data Conversion Specialist : C2C : Remote
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
o Analyze and map data from the old system to the new one.
o Develop and implement data conversion plans.
o Design and execute data validation and testing processes.
o Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data conversion process.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements.
o Research and evaluate new data conversion technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
o Mentor and train other team members on data conversion best practices.
o Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and status.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
Ten (10) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:
o Data analysis, mapping, and migration between legacy and modern systems
o Developing and implementing comprehensive data conversion plans
o Designing and executing data validation and testing processes
o Ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout conversion projects
o Collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
Prior experience with CLIENT data or other similar state applications.
Experience with data conversion tools, ETL platforms, and scripting languages.
