Hours & Schedule: Full-Time , with start times between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM and end times between 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
Telecommuting: Allowed up to 50% of scheduled hours per week.
Interview Format: Webcasting (Camera required).

Requested Qualifications (Points-Based)

Candidates must demonstrate the following experience in months:

Oracle Forms/Reports: 84 months developing forms and reports using Oracle Forms/Reports 11g or higher.
Attendance & Leave Systems: 84 months developing and maintaining electronic attendance and leave applications for the public sector with a 24/7 workforce.
Unix/Korn Shell: 60 months working in a Unix environment developing Korn shell scripts.
Database/PL/SQL: 60 months creating and modifying relational database structures and using PL/SQL for triggers and procedures (Oracle 11g or higher).
Health Care Data (HIPAA): 84 months coding and maintaining applications containing HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
Java Development: 48 months programming server-side Java web applications in multi-tier architectures using JDK 1.5 or higher.

Day-to-Day Tasks

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

Database Design: Design and create scripts for databases.
Application Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance both Oracle Forms and Java applications.
Testing: Perform application testing.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation.
Incident Support: Assist with implementation and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) incidents.
System Upgrades: Support the continuing maintenance, upgrades, and re-writes of existing Oracle Forms applications.
Knowledge Transfer: Provide written knowledge transfer and one-on-one mentoring/training as needed.
